Refund policy
At Planet Stationery, we want you to be happy with your order! Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
- No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind after placing an order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and assist you.
- Proof Required: For damaged or incorrect orders, please send us clear photos or videos of the item(s), packaging, and your order details. This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Items Must Be Unused: Any approved return must be in its original condition and unused, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Sale & Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the incorrect product.
- Personalised Items: Personalised, custom-made, or specially prepared stationery items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, we will let you know and provide further information regarding the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.
- Delivery Costs: Original shipping or delivery fees are generally non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
- Courier Issues: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Planet Stationery cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, please contact us if you experience an issue and we will do our best to assist you.
- Contact Us First: Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the necessary instructions if your return or refund request is approved.
